QD and QDG series Horizontal Boiler Feed Water Pumps. High Pressure Multistage Pump

Description: The QD and QDG series centrifugal multistage pumps, as well as the QDL series vertical multistage centrifugal pumps, are designed with multiple single-stage impellers to achieve high head pressure. These pumps are suitable for pure water and liquids with concentrations below 1%, particles smaller than 0.1mm, or liquids similar in physicochemical properties to water. The QD series pump is suitable for media temperatures not exceeding 80°C, while the QDG series can handle up to 150°C. Head ranges from 76 to 1080 meters, and flow rates range from 3 to 600 m³/h.

We can use different materials such as HT200, QT500, ZG500, and stainless steel depending on the medium. Key features include easy installation, stable structure with anchor support, no overload design, national standard hydraulic models for efficiency, and options for packing seals or mechanical seals.

2. Multistage Pump Application Range (Inlet & Outlet Pressure Under 0.6MPa)

Applicable for mining, municipal water supply and sewage engineering, transferring watery liquid media without solid particles and at temperatures under 80°C. Suitable for boiler feed water or hot water-like media without solid particles, temperature below 105°C. Ideal for stainless steel, mining, and sewage transfer processes. Can also be used for mine water with less than 1.5% solid content or similar sewage, and for corrosive liquids without solid particles between -20°C and 105°C. Additionally, they are suitable for oil and petroleum products without solid particles, between -20°C and 150°C, with viscosity under 120cSt.
