304/316/410 Stainless Steel Hex Socket Pancake Head Self-drilling Screw

Pancake heads are round, low profile heads. Allen (hex socket) drive is a six-sided recess for use with an allen wrench ro driver bit. 

Stainless steel pancake head self-dirilling screws are made from Grade 410, and SS410 can be much harder than standard 18-8 after being hardened but slightly less corrosion resistant. The hardness of stainless 410 Screws make them easier to install into various materials (including metal), because the screw is harder than the surface material. They have a drilling tek point, which elimates pre-drilling hole and  saves you time and effort by drilling their own holes and fastening in a single operation.

There are also pancake screws with square drive or the combination of square and philips, or type 17 auger point.
