Race: We use the most advanced technology - cold extrusion process. In addition, the race will undergo two or three times of tempering to ensure high precision.

Rolling Element: We use rolling technology to process the roller and steel ball of high-precision bearings. The advantage of our technology is to improve productivity and efficiency. At the same time, it can extend the service life of the bearing. Hardness and dimensional stability will also be improved.

Steel Cage: To avoid cracks and ensure hardness, we use "high temperature + long time" process. Our high-precision bearing cages have reached advanced levels in China in terms of surface wear resistance and fatigue strength.
