Description
The MS series pumps are single-stage, double-suction horizontal split case centrifugal pumps designed for high-volume water transfer across a wide range of industrial applications. These pumps are available in 43 sizes, with discharge diameters ranging from 80mm to 400mm, capable of handling up to 4000 m³/h and heads up to 160 meters. The design ensures easy maintenance with simple assembly and disassembly, eliminating the need for special tools. All critical wear components are easily accessible, allowing for quick replacement without removing the suction and discharge piping.
Key Advantages
Featuring a horizontal, vertical-axis medium open type double pump shell structure, these pumps are lined with cemented carbide or rubber, offering excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high reliability. They use high-efficiency hard alloys and have low NPSH (Net Positive Suction Head) for improved performance. The bearing parts are designed with a compact structure, featuring high load capacity and alloy grease lubrication. By adjusting the clearance between the protection board and impeller, the pump’s efficiency is optimized. Available sealing options include packing seal, impeller seal, and container-type mechanical seal to suit different operating conditions. The pump can be driven via belt, coupling, hydraulic transmission, or reducer drive. The outlet direction can be rotated at eight angles to accommodate various installation requirements. Multiple series are available to meet long-distance transmission needs.
