Working principle: Heat radiation and heat convection hot air exchange through the heat exchanger in the air in the drying chamber. The hot air diffuses the material throughout the entire drying chamber for full heat exchange with the fan's effect. Remove the fan from the humidity in the drying room.

The material is evenly distributed over the mesh belt by the feeding device. The mesh belt generally adopts 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh, which is drawn by the transmission device and the dynamic dryer. The dryer consists of several parts. For each segment, the hot air circulates independently. Exhaust gas is discharged by a special dehumidifying fan. Exhaust gas is controlled by a regulating valve. Hot air covers the water-carrying material through a mesh belt. The mesh belt moves slowly and the operating speed can be adjusted freely, depending on the material properties. The dried final product will fall into the material collection. The upper and lower circulation units can be freely configured according to the user's requirements.
