Our pumps are powered by diesel engine series such as X6135, 12V135, 4102, 4105, 6102, 4100, 495, etc. They are flexibly coupled with these engines (clutches available). Additional components like a diesel tank, cooling water tank, blower, and control panel (for automatic units) can also be provided.
The auto-control unit features a programmable control panel that manages the system's automatic start, run, auto-switching (switching between electric motor and diesel engine pump units), and auto-protection (warnings and shutdown for over-speed, low oil pressure, high water temperature, three-time start failures, and low voltage warnings). It can also connect to the user’s fire-fighting center or automatic warning device for remote monitoring.
To ensure normal operation below 5°C, an AC 220V water-cooling system can be installed.
The diesel engine fire-fighting pump group can be combined with electric motor pumps and jockey pumps to form an automatic fire-fighting water supply system (see Table 1). For more details, please refer to our document “Diesel Engine Control System.†This system can also be connected to the fire-fighting center.
There are two ways to feed water: manual filling and self-priming. Manual filling is preferred based on fire-fighting standards. Automatic vacuum self-priming devices can be provided upon request, which may change the dimensions of the diesel engine pump unit.
