随着人民生活水平提高，拉萨的老百姓买车不再只是个梦。拉萨市交警支队车辆管理所副所长卓嘎措姆17日透露，目前，拉萨平均每天上户的机动车达180辆左右，私家车数量增速惊人。
    今年上半年，该部门共办理机动车新车注册登记1万余辆，比去年同期相比增加23%。“最多的时候，我们一天受理上户的新车达300余辆。”卓嘎措姆说。
    为了给市民提供更便利的服务，该机构专门新增一条车辆注册等级流水线，缓解车辆排长队上户的现象。
    卓嘎措姆介绍，新增的车辆注册登记流水线可以一次性完成车辆的查验、注册登记、选号等程序，大大减少了车主排队上户的等待时间。
    拉萨市交警支队车辆管理所还创新管理服务，采取了设置“延时服务”岗、“综合业务咨询平台”，简化部分业务手续等举措。
    便利服务措施实施以来，民众的满意度显著提升，警员的办事效率也得以提高。卓嘎措姆表示，接下来，拉萨市交警支队车辆管理所将继续提供更优质、便利的服务。
