Enterprises that have the conditions to sell steam can also obtain better returns and become a new growth point for corporate economic benefits. However, there are still many places where there is difficulty in grid-connected generation of carbon black tail gas. This not only makes carbon black companies unable to obtain reasonable benefits through comprehensive utilization of resources, but also There is a loss. In addition, the state's preferential taxation policies have encountered various problems when the companies go to the local areas to fight for them. These have greatly hampered the enthusiasm of comprehensive utilization of carbon resources and energy conservation and emission reduction.

It is understood that the carbon black tail gas power generation and professional coal-fired power generation, its common scale is about 1/60, unit production capacity investment is about 20% higher, assets depreciation accounted for more than 60% of production costs, its advantage lies in the production of carbon black exhaust As a fuel for power generation, it has the dual effects of environmental protection and energy saving, and it has achieved harmony and win-win between the company and society. However, the carbon black tail gas power generation project belongs to the small unit power generation, large investment, and is affected by the reasons such as power grid sales and tax incentives and the implementation of tax incentives, and the cost of power generation is high and the efficiency is poor.

Ding Liping believes that during the "12th Five-Year Plan" period, with the development of the automotive and rubber industries, the carbon black industry will grow at an average annual rate of 13.5%, and by 2015 carbon black production capacity will reach 7.15 million tons.
