Japan Showa Shell delays restarting new refinery CDU plant

Crude Oil Capacity Crude Distillation Unit (CDU).
The crude oil distillation plant, which has been shut down due to weak domestic demand since the beginning of April this year, was originally scheduled to restart on May 28. However, Showa Shell now decides to delay the restart of the CDU installation by one week.
