After the financial crisis last year, the real estate sector suffered, which also led to a decline in the company's performance.
However, after conducting thorough market research, Conton Group made a confident prediction: with recent government policies supporting real estate development, the industry is expected to rebound this year. Based on this insight, the company began planning its growth strategy with renewed optimism.
Internally, the company focused on cost reduction while maintaining product quality. Measures such as tailored raw material procurement and the reuse of leftover materials helped cut internal consumption by 3%. At the same time, sales remained stable. Expanding beyond the domestic market, the company started reaching out to international clients from countries like India, Kenya, and Russia. Recently, they signed an agreement with an Indian merchant, expecting over 10,000 units in orders.
"Facts prove our judgment was right. The current order of 15,000 security doors has already forced us to start production early. These orders are from the domestic market — when we fully open up the international market, the company will no longer face an off-season and will operate at full capacity throughout the year," Guo said confidently.
The company is aiming to capture 80% of the local anti-theft door market this year, with sales expected to grow by more than 10%. With solid strategies and a clear vision, Conton Group is well-positioned for continued success.
