Uranium is an important strategic material and an environmental pollutant. Trace uranium analyzers are widely used in environmental protection, disease control, nuclear fuel cycle and other fields to monitor it. But for a long time, because there is no suitable standard solution, the measurement results of the instrument cannot be traced effectively. The "Micro-Uranium Analyzer Measurement and Calibration Technology Research" project studies natural uranium standard solutions, and solves the problem of the stability of standard solutions at low concentrations by adding specific types and concentrations of complexing agents and fluorescence enhancers; Influence, establish a scientific and effective calibration method of trace uranium analyzer. The national metrology technical specification "Micro-Uranium Analyzer Calibration Specification" drafted by the project research results has been submitted for review.
In the course of the research, the project team also innovated the related technology of the existing microanalyzer, and developed a set of temperature-controlled high-precision micro-uranium measuring device. The device introduced a new signal acquisition system to optimize the sample cell and optical path. , Design and load temperature control system to realize more stable output of signal and high precision detection. Related research achievements applied for one invention patent.
The research of this project has improved the measurement and calibration capabilities of trace uranium analyzers, and provided effective quantitative value traceability technical support for inspection and testing institutions using such instruments. At the same time, the innovative design of instrument technology has also laid the foundation for the upgrading of domestic instruments. Practice foundation.
