Back Flushing Water Angular Flow Electrical Control Valves

The BDV series back-flushing control valves are 3-way, 2-chamber hydraulic drive diaphragm valves with low-pressure sealing and smooth flow transition. These valves can be integrated with gravel or disc filters to create an automatic backwash filtration system, or they can change the direction of water flow in a supply system. The valve features two control chambers that allow it to switch between angular and straight flow by adjusting the spring assembly orientation. The unique cavity design ensures a high flow capacity, making it ideal for various industrial and commercial applications.

How It Works?

In the direct flow mode, when the inlet and outlet are connected, water flows straight. When pressurized water enters the diaphragm control chamber, it lifts the spool assembly, closing the inlet and opening the sewage outlet to initiate backwashing. Once the pressure is released, the spool returns to its original position, resuming normal filtration.
