The roasting is carried out in a multi-hearth furnace similar to the removal of the middle layers. The concentrate is usually wet; after the upper one and the second layer are dried, it falls through the combustion chamber, and the roasting ore is collected and collected in the bottom layer and discharged from the furnace. . In this process, the amount of combustion is insufficient, and the auxiliary fuel needs to be burned to maintain the calcination temperature.

3, boiling roasting

Also known as fluidized roasting, it is the application of solid fluidization technology in chemical engineering and metallurgy. In the boiling roaster, the ore particles are calcined in a suspended state, and the bed is composed of an ascending air current and a moving group of slag particles, and the gas and the solid particles are vigorously pulsated in the bed, thereby accelerating the gas-solid phase. The transfer process is therefore high in calcination and uniform in bed temperature.
