PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:

1. Bend-arm (C-axis) driven by electric motor. Clamp die and pressure die are hydraulically operated.

2. Carriage (Y-axis) powered by a servo motor. Collet (B-axis) rotates via a servo motor, while gripping is done hydraulically.

3. Features an anticipated mandrel retraction unit. The machine includes a standing pedestal for emergency stop and remote control functions.

4. Equipped with a water-cooling system for efficient heat dissipation and immediate error diagnosis.

5. Foot pedal for safe start-up and operation.

6. Fully automatic pipe bender with a PC control system that's more advanced than PLC, featuring two servos for rotation and feeding.
