PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:

1. The bend-arm (C-axis) is electrically driven. The clamp die and pressure die are hydraulically operated.

2. The carriage (Y-axis) is driven by a servo motor. The collet (B-axis) rotates via a servo motor and grips using hydraulic force.

3. It features an anticipated mandrel retraction unit, with a standing pedestal that includes an emergency stop and remote control functionality.

4. A water-cooling system ensures quick diagnosis of errors.

5. A foot pedal for safe starting is included.
6. This fully automatic pipe bender uses a PC control system (more advanced than PLC), with two servos for rotation and feeding.

7. The touch screen panel displays in English, supports various bending degrees, dialogue operation, and allows manual, semi-automatic, or full automatic operation. It also includes a portable pedal switch with start and emergency stop functions. Multiple axes work simultaneously.

8. Bending, rotating, and feeding pipes are all automated.

9. One-key program backup is available via USB, disk storage, or through the internet. Bend data and tool management is done in standard text files on the control PC's hard drive. The PC can be integrated into the bending machine, and an Ethernet adapter is included. The number of tools and products is practically unlimited. Product and tool files can be easily edited (even on a separate PC) and printed.

10. A security code protects data settings and selected operational features.

11. Access to historical bending setting data facilitates malfunction analysis with one set of tools.

12. All parts of the hydraulic system, control system, driver system, and display system are imported from renowned brands, ensuring high accuracy, efficiency, and suitability for mass production.
