According to reports, the agreement stipulates that Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei will carry out agricultural safety cooperation in the future:

First, the information was notified, and the provincial (municipality), city, and county-level agricultural machinery safety supervision information notification mechanism was established, and the cross-regional operations, agricultural machinery accidents, and key work activities of the three regions were regularly reported.

Second, the law enforcement linkage, strengthen the joint enforcement of provincial-level agricultural machinery supervision agencies, and increase the enforcement of inspections of agricultural machinery across regions.

The third is the off-site inspection. For the long-term operation of the agricultural machinery optimization inspection process, the three places jointly do the off-site inspection work.

The fourth is cross-regional service, with inter-provincial service stations, mobile service vehicles and other means to do a good job in provincial agricultural machinery reception, machine scheduling, maintenance, spare parts supply, information consultation and other services.

The fifth is the safety agreement. The competent agricultural machinery departments of the three places signed the “Responsibility Letter for the Safety Production of Agricultural Machinery Operation” with the agricultural machinery operators who went out to work, and encouraged the agricultural machinery operators across the district to sign the “Safety Production Agreement for Agricultural Machinery Operation”.

The sixth is agricultural machinery insurance, which encourages agricultural operators to participate in agricultural machinery road traffic liability compulsory insurance, driver and passenger accident insurance, third party liability insurance and other agricultural machinery insurance.

The seventh is education and training, and regularly organizes research on the hotspots of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei agricultural machinery supervision, professional training, business exchanges and other activities to enhance the overall level of agricultural machinery supervisors in the three places.

Bai Yan, deputy director of the Law Enforcement Supervision Department of the Agricultural Machinery Supervision General Station of the Ministry of Agriculture, said that the signing of the agreement means that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei agricultural machinery supervision department actively implements the spirit of the “Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development plan” and has obtained the joint supervision of agricultural machinery safety in the three places. Substantial progress will be made. In the future, the three regions will further strengthen exchanges and cooperation, solve key and difficult problems in agricultural machinery safety supervision, and strive to achieve information sharing and complementary advantages.
