Shaking Table

The Shaking Table, also known as a table concentrator, is a gravity-based device used for the separation of fine minerals. It is widely applied in the processing of precious metals, base metals, rare metals, and non-metallic minerals. Construction and Mechanical Features

The Gandong Shaking Tables are equipped with a heavy-duty, enclosed head motion system made of cast iron, which includes an oil reservoir for efficient splash lubrication. This design ensures minimal wear on moving parts, reducing maintenance costs and downtime.

The decks are constructed using a steel framework covered with 16mm fibreglass and corundum. This combination provides high strength, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and durability, making the machine suitable for various mineral types and weather conditions.

Support options include traditional, groove steel, or large channel steel supports. A wooden feed distributing box with a hopper and long water box is attached to the deck frame, ensuring even distribution of feed and water.

Technical Specifications

The Gandong Shaking Tables offer three distinct deck designs:

  • Course Ore Deck: For particles ranging from 0.5mm to 2mm
  • Fine Sand Deck: For particles between 0.074mm and 0.5mm
  • Slime Deck: For extremely fine particles between 0.05mm and 0.074mm
