According to reports, Guangdong Province's energy conservation and environmental protection technology promotion and application (Shunde) base was jointly constructed by the Provincial SME Service Center, the Provincial Technological Innovation Service Center, the Provincial Technology Promotion Station and the Energy Saving Association of Shunde District.
