The sales of domestic heavy-duty trucks, light-duty trucks, and micro-cards all declined in July 2011

In July 2011, the production and sales of domestic trucks totaled 208,100 units and 225,000 units, a decrease of 20.41% and 19.14% month-on-month, and a decrease of 16.50% and 12.00% year-on-year; the production and sales of non-integral trucks were 45,900 units and 56,200 units, a decrease of 17.56% month-on-month. % and 17.63%, a year-on-year decrease of 27.20% and 17.43%; sales and sales of semi-trailer tractors were 16,900 and 21,400, a decrease of 21.47% and 7.25% month-on-month, and a decrease of 51.91% and 38.57% year-on-year.

From January to July 2011, the production and sales volume of trucks totaled 1,328,200 and 1,267,700 units. The output decreased by 0.28% year-on-year, and the sales volume increased by 0.63%; the production and sales of non-integral trucks reached 298,500 units and 311,400 units, a year-on-year decrease of 8.02% and 4.71%. The sales of semi-trailer tractors were 115,500 and 121,300, a year-on-year decrease of 29.03% and 27.54%.

Heavy truck market declines significantly

In July 2011, the country produced 68,900 heavy trucks (including incomplete vehicles and semi-trailer tractors), a year-on-year decrease of 33.79%; and sales of 83,000 vehicles, a year-on-year decrease of 22.43%. Among them, the production and sales of heavy trucks totaled 23,500 units and 26,100 units, a year-on-year decrease of 16.26% and 8.52%; the production and sales of heavy trucks and non-integrated vehicles were 28,400 and 35,500 vehicles, a year-on-year decrease of 30.18% and 18.62%; semitrailer tractors were sold at 16,900 units. The number of vehicles and 21,500 vehicles was down 51.91% and 38.57% year-on-year.

In July 2011, in the heavy truck market segments, 26 tons of total trucks with a total mass of ≤ 32 tons sold 10,500 vehicles, an increase of 19.39% year-on-year; 19 tons of trucks with a total mass of ≤ 26 tons sold 11,800 vehicles. Vehicles, a year-on-year decrease of 25.09%; sales of 14 tons of heavy-duty trucks with a total mass of ≤ 19 tons were 3,131 units, a year-on-year decrease of 19.92%.

From the January to July sales rankings of heavy truck manufacturers (including non-complete vehicles and semi-trailer tractors), the top three companies were Dongfeng Commercial Vehicles, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group and FAW Jiefang; the sales volume was 99,800 vehicles and 8.47 respectively. Millions of vehicles and 76,300 vehicles were up 2.76% year-on-year, down 15.52% and 30.66%. Four to six companies are Shaanxi Automobile (59,100 units), Futian (56,800 units) and Beitou (2,400,000 units).

China Card Production slightly increased sales decreased

In July 2011, China National Card (including non-integrated vehicles and semi-trailer tractors) produced a total of 23,600 vehicles, a decrease of 28.51% from the previous period and an increase of 3.26% year-on-year; sales of 24,300 units was down by 26.89% month-on-month and 8.82% year-on-year. In July's production and sales data, the production and sales of China Card completed a total of 15,300 vehicles and 14,700 vehicles, an increase of 3.39% and a decrease of 17.39% year-on-year; and the production and sales of China Card Non-Complete Vehicles were 8,244 and 9,603, an increase of 3.01% and 8.40% respectively.

In July 2011, in the various market segments of China Card, the total sales volume of 8 tons of total trucks with a total mass of ≤10 tons was 3367 units, an increase of 21.60% year-on-year; 6 tons of total sales of complete vehicles with a total mass of ≤8 tons were sold. 6085 vehicles, a year-on-year decrease of 32.52%.

From the January-July sales ranking of China Card (including non-integrated vehicles and semi-trailer tractors) production companies, the top three companies are: Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle, FAW Jiefang and Chongqing Lifan. The sales volume was 38,600 units, 21,600 units and 13,500 units respectively, which was a year-on-year decrease of 5.18%, an increase of 13.49% and 217.34%. Four to six companies are: Qingling (11,400), Sichuan Nanjun (10,900) and Jianghuai (7210).

Light trucks drop by two digits

In July 2011, the national light truck (including non-integrated vehicles and semi-trailer tractors) produced and sold 146,600 units and 160,300 units, a year-on-year decrease of 17.06% and 12.32%. Among them, the production and sales of light trucks totaled 137,800 units and 149,400 units, which represented a year-on-year decrease of 16.26% and 11.87%; and sales and sales of non-integrated light trucks were 8,873 units and 1,088,000 units, which was a decrease of 27.73% and 18.11% year-on-year.

In July 2011, in the segment of light trucks, the total sales of light truck trucks with 1.8 tons of total weight ≤ 3.5 tons were 84,200, a year-on-year decrease of 11.50%.

From the January to July sales rankings of light truck manufacturers (including non-integrated vehicles and semi-trailer tractors), the top three companies were Futian, Dongfeng and Jianghuai, with sales of 192,200, 103.9, and 98,800 respectively. The four to six companies are Jiangling (60,800), Jinbei (60,200) and the Great Wall (48,100).

The decline in micro card is obvious

In July 2011, the national micro-card (including non-integrated vehicles and semi-trailer tractors) produced and sold 31,900 vehicles and 35,100 vehicles, a year-on-year decrease of 27.35% and 16.92%. Among them, the production and sales volume of micro-card vehicles totaled 31,600 units and 34,700 units, a year-on-year decrease of 24.63% and 12.66%; 364 units and 334 units of micro-card non-integrated vehicles were sold and sold, which fell 82.97% and 86.32% year-on-year respectively.

From the January to July sales rankings of micro-card manufacturers (including incomplete vehicles and semi-trailer tractors), the top three companies were Chongqing Chang'an, Dongfeng and Foton; sales were 48,700 and 46,700 respectively. There were 47,700 vehicles, a year-on-year decrease of 17.72% and an increase of 42.74% and 1.12%. Four to six companies are Wuling (36,700), Hafei (22,700) and FAW (7776).
