Gravity Separation 6-S Shaking Table
This device, also known as a table concentrator, is a gravity-based equipment used for the separation of fine minerals. It is highly effective in processing precious metals, base metals, rare metals, and non-metallic minerals. It is widely applied in the separation of Gold, Silver, Tin, Columbium, Tantalum, Titanium, Barium, Tungsten, Iron, Chrome, Manganese, Zircon, Lead, Zinc, Mercury, Copper, and Aluminum.
The raw materials are fed into the feeding launder and mixed with water to form a slurry with a concentration of 20% to 25%. The slurry then flows onto the deck. Due to the washing action of water and the shaking of the deck, the particle groups become loose and layered. After layering, the upper and lower particles move in different directions due to variations in water pressure and friction on the bed surface. Lighter particles move toward the tailings side under the influence of stronger water flow, while heavier mineral particles move toward the concentrate side. This process results in a fan-shaped distribution of mineral particles along the diagonal of the feeding launder. The products are discharged along the edge of the deck, allowing the shaking table to produce various grades of products with high precision.
One of the main advantages of the shaking table is its high separation accuracy. After the initial separation, it can yield final concentrate, final tailings, and one or two types of middling products. The enrichment ratio of the concentrate is excellent, reaching up to 300 times when processing low-grade tungsten or tin ores. Additionally, the effective particle size range for metallic ores is between 2 mm and 0.02 mm.

Construction and Mechanical Features:
Gandong shaking tables are equipped with a fully enclosed self-lubricating head mechanism made of heavy cast iron, which includes an oil reservoir for efficient splash lubrication. This design protects moving parts and minimizes operating and maintenance costs.
The decks are constructed using a steel framework and covered with 16mm fiberglass treated with emery. This provides strength comparable to 70% of steel, making the deck wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and resistant to distortion. This ensures long-term performance in various mineral and weather conditions.
Support types include traditional type, 10# channel steel support, or 20# channel steel support.
The feed and water box consists of a wooden distribution box with a hopper and a long water box, ensuring even distribution of feed and water.
