This device, also known as a table concentrator, is a fine mineral separation tool that operates using gravity. It is highly effective for processing precious and base metals, rare metals, and non-metallic minerals. It is widely used in the separation of Gold, Silver, Tin, Columbium, Tantalum, Titanium, Barium, Tungsten, Iron, Chrome, Manganese, Zircon, Lead, Zinc, Mercury, Copper, and Aluminum.
The raw material is placed into a feeding launder, where water is added to create a slurry with a concentration of 20% to 25%. The slurry then flows onto the deck. Due to the washing action of water and the shaking of the deck, the particle groups become loose and layered. After layering, the upper and lower particles move in different directions due to variations in the pressure of the flowing water and the friction of the bed surface. Lighter particles move downward along the transverse of the bed surface, which is referred to as the tailing side, while heavier particles move toward the opposite end of the drive, known as the concentrate side. Because of differences in density, size, and movement direction, the mineral particles spread out in a fan shape along the diagonal of the feeding launder. The products are discharged along the edge of the deck, allowing the shaking table to produce various high-quality products accurately.
One of the main advantages of the shaking table is its precise separation ability. After the initial separation from the raw ore, it can yield final concentrate, final tailings, and one or two types of middling products. The enrichment ratio of the concentrate is very high, reaching up to 300 times when dealing with low-grade tungsten and tin ores. Additionally, the effective particle size range for separating metallic ores is between 2 mm and 0.02 mm.

Construction and Mechanical Features:
Gandong shaking tables are equipped with a fully enclosed self-oiling head motion made of heavy cast iron, which includes an oil reservoir for efficient splash lubrication. This feature protects moving parts and minimizes operating and maintenance costs.
Decks are constructed with a steel framework and covered with 16mm fiberglass treated with emery. This design provides strength up to 70% of steel, making it durable, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and free from distortion. This ensures the machine performs well under various mineral conditions and weather environments.
Support types include traditional type, 10# channel steel support, or 20# channel steel support.
Feed and Water Box: A wooden feed distributing box with a hopper and a long water box are attached to the deck frame, ensuring even distribution of feed and water.
