Mann Co., Ltd. paid 560 million euros to obtain 25%+1 shares of Sinotruk (Hong Kong). The transaction marked that the cooperation projects between the two parties have entered a substantive stage, which will inevitably combine the technical and cost advantages of both parties, thereby accelerating the pace of cooperation between the two sides in the sales network and global procurement, expanding market share, enhancing profitability, and consolidating And enhance their strategic position in the market.

The two parties discussed and exchanged related issues in the project cooperation, further deepened mutual understanding, and laid a good foundation for the smooth transaction of the cooperation projects and continuous work.

At present, China Sinotruk cooperation with Germany's Mann project has been fully carried out and promoted in an orderly manner. On October 11th, China National Heavy Duty Truck dispatched a working group of 16 middle-level management technicians and 12 staff members to the company for an eight-day inspection to specifically link the next steps of the cooperation project. The four directors nominated by Man Corporation have been approved by the board of directors and formally participated in the work of the board of directors. The HOWO-A7, which has been clearly equipped with D20 and D26 engines by China National Heavy Duty Truck Group, is produced by the truck company. The lifting trucks of the Manga TGA model are produced by commercial vehicle companies. By the end of the year, the T-truck (A7) will upgrade the model to produce a prototype and will achieve mass sales next year. The preliminary work on the localization of D08, D20 and D26 engines has been fully carried out. The relevant technical documents stipulated in all agreements will also be transferred in batches in the near future.
