         It is reported that since the launch of the "Independent Brand High-Power Medium-Speed ​​Diesel Engine Serial Design and Development Technology" project, it has completed the ultra-low emission technology of diesel engines, structural optimization of main parts and components, process improvement, integration of key localized components and reliability test. Research and other content, achieved breakthroughs in key technologies such as SCR system matching technology, diesel engine performance development, and application of key localized components.

         The 6CS21/32 diesel engine successfully developed by 711 carried out the SCR system matching test, and the NOx emission reached the IMO Tier III emission requirement. At the 2015 Shanghai Maritime Conference, the system obtained the EIAPP certificate of the first SCR system in China. In the matching machine test with the domestic supercharger (purchasing and supply of product warehouse), the performance index is equivalent to the matching index of imported parts. The 711 has also completed the research and development of the 8CS21/32 diesel engine for ship propulsion. The performance index has reached the domestic leading level and obtained the CCS certificate, which successfully filled the blank of China's independent development of 1-2MW diesel engine.

         On the basis of the successful development of the 8CS21/32 diesel engine, the series development work was carried out in July 11th, and the mechanical version of the 6CS21/32 diesel engine main engine (purchasing and supply of the product library) was completed. In 2016, 2 ships, 4 diesel engines and SCR were obtained. System supply contract.

         Through the implementation of the “Self-brand high-power medium-speed diesel engine serial design and development technology” project, a relatively complete CS21/32 series diesel engine product and power spectrum have been formed, which further promotes the product to the domestic ship market and realizes the industrialization of self-owned brand diesel engine products. A crucial step has been taken.

         The project "High-power medium-speed marine diesel engine high-pressure common rail fuel injection and electronic control system development" proposed and verified the system design matching technology, and formed the overall design capability of high-pressure common rail system and the development capability of key components. The electronic control system with modular architecture, redundant CAN bus interconnection and real-time fault diagnosis technology was independently developed.

         The 3 types of high-pressure common rail and electronic control system prototypes successfully developed by the project have passed the 1000-hour endurance test (diesel version), 100-hour endurance test (heavy oil version) and 300-hour machine verification, which have achieved the specified technical indicators. The electronic control system has passed the type approval of China Classification Society (location contact).

         The implementation of the project of “High-power medium-speed marine diesel engine high-pressure common rail fuel injection and electronic control system” will help to further improve the technical level of China's ship supporting industry and enhance the core competition of China's high-power medium-high (ship hangar) speed diesel engine products. force.
