The main wear-resistant and material-related, non-clogging depends mainly on the structure of the impeller.

At present, as the main structure of non-clogging pump impeller:

1. Open or semi-open impeller;

2. Swirling impeller;

3. Single (double) flow impeller;

4. Spiral centrifugal impeller.

These non-clogging impeller has its own characteristics, for different occasions, as follows:

Open or semi-open impellers - such as increased wear gap, decreased pump performance, and no clogging performance, can not transport large particles, long fiber material;

Swirling impeller - no clogging performance, good wear resistance, suitable for conveying large particles, but no damage, the destruction of the transport material, can transport gas containing liquids, not suitable for conveying liquid containing long fiber material;

Single-flow impeller - good non-destructive conveying material, no blockage performance, suitable for conveying large particles of long fiber material, and good wear resistance, but the balance of high demand, poor balance operation;

Dual-flow impeller - passing capacity slightly worse than a single runner, but because of symmetrical runner, good balance performance, stable operation, suitable for high-lift, high-flow pump;

Spiral centrifugal impeller - good non-blocking, suitable for containing liquid particles and fiber materials, the destructive transport of small, good non-destructive, but the higher the balance.
