Li Rongrong pointed out four major advantages: First, the industrial chain is relatively complete; second, it has a strong foundation in R&D, and has achieved certain breakthroughs. Some self-developed models have been listed in the National Energy Conservation and New Energy Vehicle Demonstration, Promotion and Application Project. Third, the master plan for the development of the electric vehicle industry of the central enterprises has been completed and passed the expert review, which will play a guiding role in the healthy development of the central electric vehicle industry. Fourth, the SASAC will unwaveringly support the central government. The company accelerated the development of the electric vehicle industry and made corresponding arrangements.

Li Rongrong put forward four requirements for the work of the Alliance. The first is to accurately grasp the positioning. The alliance is a non-profit organization. It is necessary to properly handle the division of labor and cooperation between alliance members. The common technology developed by the alliance organization is shared by members of the alliance. The general personality technology is developed independently by each company according to the principle of marketization. Second, the alliance must urge the member units to optimize the allocation of resources in accordance with the requirements of the electric vehicle development plan for central enterprises, promote the effective use of industrial resources, and effectively avoid redundant construction. Third, we attach great importance to market development. The alliance must strengthen the investigation and study of existing difficulties and problems, form opinions and suggestions, report to the relevant state departments, and strive for policy support.
