Dana Names James Cams Case as New President and Chief Executive Officer

On July 13, 2015, Dana Holding’s board of directors appointed Mr. James K. Kamsickas as the new president and chief executive officer. The appointment will take effect on August 11, 2015. Mr. Camskas has served as the global co-CEO and president of North America and Asia for International Automotive Components Group (IAC), a newly established global automotive parts supplier, since 2007, and later served as the company in 2012. Mr. Camskes, 48, will become the successor of Mr. Roger J. Wood, who announced his retirement plan in January this year. Mr. Wood will continue to serve as a member of the company's board of directors for a transitional period.

Mr. Camskes has more than 25 years of global automotive industry and business experience. Under his leadership, IAC is actively expanding its business globally and has established new production facilities and/or technology centers in China, India, Japan, Malaysia, South Africa, South Korea and Thailand. Since the initial integration of Lear’s Interior Systems Division and Collins & Aikman formed the basic corporate structure, IAC has completed 15 strategic acquisitions in key regions of the world and has grown. As a multinational company with more than 32,000 employees and more than 100 offices worldwide, its 2014 sales amounted to US$5.9 billion.

Mr. Camskes was formerly head of Lear's interior systems division and has previously held several leadership positions at the organization, including General Motors, Vice President of Ford and Chrysler Clients, and Lear Chair, Electrical. Vice President of Interiors and Interiors. In addition, he also held various key positions in the development of Lear's European business and was sent to work in Germany, Sweden and Austria.

Mr. Camskeith is from Saginaw, Michigan, USA. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Central Michigan and a master's degree in business administration from Michigan State University.
