According to the agreement, Kaiyang and Chun'an will actively accelerate the cooperation and development of resource construction projects, create an interactive platform for the phosphorus-coal chemical economic region, promote the outsourcing supervision and control system for important resources occupying a certain market share, and prioritize the establishment of the two counties' industries according to market demand. It is necessary to cooperate with the production and marketing of minerals such as coal and phosphorite, and establish a mechanism for inter-regional resource sharing.
