The first is to increase oil and gas self-sufficiency and strengthen energy security. Some experts pointed out that the large-scale promotion of Longcheng technology faces a “dilemma”: First, financing difficulties. In the absence of policy support for intellectual property pledge loans and coal clean and efficient use industries, Longcheng technology has difficulty obtaining credit support.
