On August 28, 2015, Kunming Yunnei Power Co., Ltd. and the French Punch Powerglide Strasbourg (hereinafter referred to as "PPS, France") signed an automatic gearbox application matching development agreement. As a world-renowned manufacturer of automotive automatic gearboxes, PPS Corporation of France has cooperated with Yunnei Power as the only diesel engine partner in China to develop automatic transmissions that match the D19, D20, D25, and D30 engines of the Yunnei Power DEV series. After the completion of the two parties will jointly develop domestic and foreign markets, Yunnei Power will be provided to the vehicle customers in the form of powertrain.
