Hot Melt Adhesive For Wet Tissue Cover
Hot melt adhesive is a solvent-free new environmentally friendly material, the formula is based on polyurethane for various characteristics design, at room temperature is a solid, heating more than the melting point will melt into a viscous liquid, for bonding processing, cooling to room temperature and then back to solid, belongs to reversible thermal plasticity material, with good elasticity, flexibility and low and high temperature resistance and other characteristics. It has strong bonding effect on a variety of different materials.
Hot melt adhesive mainly consists of hot melt adhesive block and hot melt adhesive pellet. Because it is solvent-free and 100% solid, there is no danger of flammability or explosion during processing and transportation. In addition, there are the following advantages: Hot Melt Adhesive For Wet Tissue Cover,Wet Paper Towel Cover Glue,Wet Tissue Cover Hot Melt,Wet Tissue Cover Glue Shenzhen Tongde New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. , https://www.tdhotmeltglue.com
(1) Fast curing speed, cooling is curing, high production speed, saving equipment space.
(2) The bonding process is simple, less waste, and there is no mixing problem.
(3) 100% solidified components, can be fully utilized, less waste, can reduce transportation and storage costs.
(4) can be followed by a wide range of substrates, can be automated processing.
(5) excellent chemical and physical properties, with high bonding strength and flexibility.
(6) Do not use organic solvents, no VOC pollution problems.
(7) Environmentally friendly materials, waste can be naturally degraded.
(8) moderate fluidity, strong adhesion, less bubbles, good temperature resistance and other advantages.
More and more varieties of hot melt adhesive, more and more widely used, can be bonded leather, books, pearl cotton, hand bags, plastic bags, clothing, cartons, etc., can be used in packaging (corrugated paper and thick cartons), wireless binding of books, etc.
In general, hot melt adhesive has different applications in all walks of life, the specific parameters and usage are not the same, we need to choose different corresponding hot melt adhesive according to different industries, so as to ensure the quality of work more accurately and efficiently. In the future, the application range of hot melt adhesives will be more extensive, because they are healthy and environmentally friendly, high viscosity and non-stimulating, greatly shortening the working time, improving the work efficiency, and reducing the production of human and material resources.
Automotive parts industry is surging to buy the world's "second child" Delphi
Wanxiang Group, China's leading auto parts company, is reportedly in talks to acquire assets from Delphi, the second-largest automotive parts supplier globally. This move aligns with Wanxiang’s long-term goal of becoming a major player in the global auto parts manufacturing sector. According to recent reports from the U.S., Wang Guanqiu, chairman of Wanxiang, confirmed that the company is exploring the possibility of acquiring certain assets from Delphi, which is currently undergoing bankruptcy protection.
Ni Mai, a representative of a U.S.-based firm, also mentioned that Wanxiang has shown interest in some of Delphi’s struggling business segments. However, the company may face strong competition from bidders in countries like India. While details remain confidential due to commercial sensitivity, sources close to Wanxiang stated that the company is evaluating potential opportunities but is not ready to disclose further information at this time.
Jiang Jian, deputy general manager of Delphi Automotive Systems (China) Investment Co., Ltd., confirmed that Delphi China is unaware of any ongoing acquisition negotiations. However, he noted that Delphi has already begun restructuring its operations and could consider selling certain production lines to interested parties, including Chinese companies, in the future.
Delphi has already announced plans to sell its automotive battery business for $202 million and is looking to divest other non-core assets. In addition to Delphi, Wanxiang is reportedly in discussions with several other U.S. auto parts manufacturers about acquiring their businesses, with some deals nearing completion.
According to data from the National Bureau of Statistics, Wanxiang achieved revenue of RMB 20.8 billion in spare parts last year, securing its position as the top player in China’s auto parts industry. Under the vision of Lu Guanqiu, the company aims to become a global integrated supplier of auto parts and system components.
Meanwhile, Indian companies have also entered the bidding race. Reports suggest that Delphi may sell a significant portion of its assets to Indian firms to avoid bankruptcy. The Sonar Group, based in Delhi, is reportedly interested in acquiring Delphi’s control systems division. At least two Indian companies have expressed interest, while rumors previously suggested that Bosch, the world’s largest auto parts supplier, might support Delphi. However, Bosch recently denied any interest in acquiring Delphi’s business.
As the auction continues, it remains to be seen who will ultimately win the bid for Delphi’s valuable assets.
