The "Industrial Boiler Gas Combustion Device" is a state-level key environmental protection technology recently announced by the China Environmental Protection Industry Association. Developed independently by Fujian Putian City Blue Sky Dust Removal Equipment Co., Ltd., this project is a major scientific and technological initiative in Fujian Province. It is designed for the industrial boiler manufacturing and retrofitting sector, filling a critical gap in China's industrial boiler combustion technology. The product features a unique and compact design, making it easy to operate while meeting strict environmental and energy-saving standards.
This coal gas combustion device sends the gasified mixture from the boiler gas generator to the furnace through a gas safety device, enabling clean burning of coal. The heat produced is absorbed by the boiler, significantly reducing pollution and improving efficiency. The device offers three main advantages:
First, it delivers substantial energy savings, with an overall energy efficiency improvement of about 25%. Compared to oil-fired boilers, using coal to generate mixed gas for combustion can reduce fuel costs by over 60%. Compared to traditional coal-fired boilers, coal consumption is reduced by more than 15%. There’s no need for a dust collector, saving around 5 tons of water per hour. The power required for the drum draught fan is over 50% lower than that of conventional coal-fired boilers. With the boiler operating 300 days a year for 20 hours daily, the unit can save approximately 1.5 million yuan annually in fuel costs.
Second, the device has excellent environmental performance. After converting coal into gas, it is burned safely through the gas safety device, eliminating the need for dust collection systems. This reduces industrial water usage and prevents secondary pollution from wastewater, fully complying with national environmental regulations. Since the gas burns completely, there are no smoke or particulate emissions, far exceeding the emission standards of oil-fired boilers.
Third, the device ensures reliable safety. The combustion system is sealed, explosion-proof, and highly responsive. It operates under normal pressure and uses a negative pressure process, ensuring safe and stable performance.
Currently, the device has been widely adopted across the country and has also been exported to Southeast Asia, Africa, and other regions. Recently, a Nigerian merchant ordered six units of the device, highlighting its growing international demand and recognition.
