New ambulance for the Hammond Fire Department
Just saw this update from the Crossroads Ambulance Sales and Service LLC Facebook page. Looks like the latest Medwerks Ambulance remount demo that was sold to the Hammond Fire Department is nearing completion. They're currently wrapping up the electrical work and finishing the interior details before moving on to the graphics and final touches. Exciting to see how it's all coming together!
I grabbed a few photos from their post. The first one shows the vehicle in the final stages of assembly, with some of the interior work still being completed. You can already tell they’re putting a lot of attention into making sure everything looks sharp. The next couple of images give you a good look at the overall progress—clean lines, professional finish, and clearly designed for functionality.
It’s always great to see these projects through from start to finish. This kind of work really highlights the dedication and craftsmanship involved in ambulance remounts. Looking forward to seeing the final reveal once it heads to its new home with the Hammond FD!
