Working fire in Chicago, 11-5-21
Just witnessed a pretty intense scene here in Chicago. There's a working fire going on at an occupied building located at 4300 South Wabash. Firefighters from Engine 11 were on the scene fast, and they quickly deployed a hose line to tackle the flames on the rooftop. It didn't take them long to get the situation under control.
I managed to snap a photo of some of the firefighters scaling an aerial ladder to reach the fourth-floor roof. These brave men and women truly put their lives on the line every day.
