Every year, Synergy Solution Group organizes various forums and events aimed at fostering connections and collaboration among its associates and partners. When Kathy Gausselin, a Member Support Specialist at Synergy, reached out to us about participating in a short presentation at their upcoming event, we were thrilled to accept. This was a fantastic opportunity for Chris Wright, who not only manages our Chicago branch but also has extensive knowledge about our services and clientele.

The three-day Synergy 2021 Construction Forum took place from July 25th to July 27th, drawing in VPs, project managers, and operations managers from across the construction industry. Given that these professionals form a significant part of our client base, attending this forum was a prime chance to reinforce how Nationwide Coils can support their businesses.

Before Chris took center stage, Brad Miller and Chalo Cipriano, both Project Managers at ACIS, introduced Nationwide Coils. Brad highlighted our exceptional performance during the Texas storm earlier this year and our unwavering commitment to delivering quality service throughout H1 2021. He further praised our recent completion of 30 coil changeouts without any hitches, crediting our precise coil dimensions and connection points for simplifying installation processes on-site. Chalo echoed these sentiments, emphasizing how our attention to detail made the fieldwork smoother.

In 2021, the HVAC industry and coil manufacturing have faced numerous challenges due to supply chain disruptions. Despite these hurdles, Nationwide Coils has strived to deliver for our clients. During his session, Chris elaborated on Nationwide Coils’ offerings and capabilities while also discussing our team and regional branch locations. A key point raised during the Q&A was, “What happens when there isn’t a representative in your area?” A valid question indeed! While Nationwide Coils operates primarily from select branches across the U.S. and Puerto Rico, many of our clients reside outside these areas. We leverage advanced tools such as detailed photos, cutting-edge software, and an extensive database of coil designs to ensure accurate measurements regardless of location. In cases requiring physical verification, site visits can easily be arranged. Our goal is to expand our reach by strategically evaluating potential sites for future branches to better serve underserved regions.

Beyond business discussions, Nationwide Coils also contributed to the event by sponsoring the breaks between sessions. Attendees enjoyed refreshments, which helped create a relaxed atmosphere conducive to networking.
