Synergy Solution Group is well-known for organizing impactful events and forums throughout the year, providing a platform for networking, collaboration, and idea exchange. When Kathy Gausselin from Synergy reached out to us to see if we'd like to join them with a brief presentation, we were thrilled to accept. This was particularly exciting for Chris Wright, our Chicago Branch Manager, who hails from the same region and could easily engage with the audience.

The three-day forum took place from July 25th to 27th, drawing in VPs, project managers, and operations leaders from across the construction sector. Since these groups make up a significant portion of our clientele, this was a fantastic chance to showcase what Nationwide Coils has to offer.

Before Chris took the stage, Brad Miller and Chalo Cipriano, project managers from ACIS, gave a warm introduction. Brad praised Nationwide Coils for its exceptional support during the Texas storm in February and for maintaining consistent, reliable service throughout the first half of the year. He even highlighted a recent project involving 30 coil replacements that went off without a hitch just the previous day. Chalo noted how our precise coil dimensions and connection points made installation a breeze for the field teams. It's always gratifying to hear such positive feedback from our clients!

This year has been challenging for the HVAC industry, especially when it comes to coil manufacturing lead times. When it was Chris Wright's turn to speak, he focused on Nationwide Coils' offerings and the importance of having dedicated, local representatives across our branches. Someone in the audience asked, "What about areas where you don't have a representative?" That's a great point! While we do have branches spread across the U.S. and Puerto Rico, many of our clients reside in regions not covered by our current branch map. To address this, we collaborate closely with customers using photos, advanced software, and a comprehensive database of coil drawings. In certain cases, we may even arrange for a site visit. Our team is always evaluating potential new locations to better serve underserved areas.

Beyond business discussions, Nationwide Coils also sponsored the break between sessions, offering attendees some much-needed refreshments. A big thanks to the Synergy Group for hosting such a successful event and allowing us to connect with members. It's always rewarding to meet clients face-to-face and forge new connections.
