To change public perception, Yao believes that the industry needs to improve its self-discipline and transparency. Companies must invest more in safety, environmental protection, and technological innovation. They should also focus on employee training and quality improvement, as many private chemical companies suffer from low-quality workforce issues, leading to management failures and environmental violations.
