Recently, Porsche (China) Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. filed a recall plan with the AQSIQ. From April 20, 2015, some imported Panamira, Panamira 4, Panamira S, Panamira 4S, Pana will be recalled from April 2009 to September 2011. Mera Turbo, Panamera Turbo S, and some imported Cayenne S and Cayenne turbocharged from March 2010 to September 2011. According to the company's statistics, 14,571 vehicles are involved in mainland China.  
Some of the vehicles within this recall range may have loose or even broken fixing bolts on the camshaft adjuster during engine operation. Under certain circumstances, the engine may not be able to start or cause mechanical damage, posing a safety hazard. Porsche (China) Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. will replace the fixing bolts of the camshaft adjuster and the damaged parts caused by the problem for the vehicles involved to eliminate safety hazards.
Porsche (China) Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. will contact the relevant owner through registered mail. Before the recall, the Porsche Service Centers in the country will take the initiative to contact the owners of the vehicles within the scope of the recall and provide corresponding free services. The relevant owner can also call the Porsche China Customer Center hotline for consultation. Owners can also visit the AQSIQ website ( ) and the AQSIQ Defective Product Management Center website ( ) for more information. In addition, you can also call the quality hotline of the AQSIQ Defective Product Management Center or the quality hotline of the local entry-exit inspection and quarantine institution: 12365 (switch No. 2) to reflect the problems in the implementation of the recall activities or to submit defects.
